INGREDIENTS
For the Stock
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Bottle gourd (lauki) - 1 cup
Onions - 2 medium size
Potatoes - 2
Salt & black pepper - To taste
Preparation Vegetables
1 tsp (finely Onion, carrot, cabbage chopped)
METHOD
Stock :
1. Cut all the vegetables into big cubes. Add 7 cups of water & pressure cook
them.
2. When cooked, strain and keep aside.
Preparation:
1. In a pan add all finely chopped vegetables with stock & cook for at least 20 minutes.
2. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Serve hot.
