INGREDIENTS

Muskmelon                            – 1 small
Black grapes                          – ½  cup
Grape                                      – ½  cup
Cherries                                  – ½  cup
Lime Mint leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp
METHOD
1. Cut the melon & remove the seeds. With a sharp knife peel the melon & cut into small cubes.
2. Put these pieces in a serving bowl. Scatter both the varieties of grapes & cherries over them.
3. Scatter the grated lemon rind(1 tsp) over the fruits.
4. Squeeze the lemon on the fruits & toss well.
5. Lastly, garnish with mint leaves & serve chilled.
